This is a really great piece, IMO, but always room for improvement so here's what I see. 

Composition and placement of the character slightly off center is interesting and effective. 

After looking it over the first, and most prominent thing that I cannot figure out is what is happening below the picture? Is she sitting on something and leaning forward? Is she standing?  Also, What is her right hand doing? or is it meant to be resting on something that isn't there.. it needs a purpose. The way I generally critique hands is to try and place my own in the position I see drawn, although this was doable, I had to physically try to hold it this way - it didn't feel natural.  

The top half of her appears to be leaning forward but I'm trying to figure out from which position, it seems to be throwing other proportions off.  I see that you have tried to create depth with her position, but instead it has thrown off the proportions of  her body leaving one hand to large, and one hand too small, and a head that is too large for the body it has been given. A Way you may be able to improve this is to try drawing her with longer body lines.  Think of her as a model, long neck, high color bone, long elegant arms - play with drawing her with these features proud and tell, rather than squished together. 

I like the clothing and the accent gold is a beautiful touch and the light play on her skin and eyes is nicely done!
